How we use it

  • To arrange and hold your audit call and respond to your enquiries
  • To provide our services to you and manage your account
  • To bill you and keep the records the law requires
  • To understand how this website is used and improve it

We rely on the following lawful bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing that contract; our legitimate interests in running and improving our business and responding to enquiries; and compliance with our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including our booking tool, email provider, payment processor, website host and the platforms we manage on your behalf, such as Google. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Some of them are based in, or store data in, the United States or other countries outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under UK data protection law. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client information for as long as you are a client and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the laws of your own state or country.

Cookies
