Google review link and QR code generator

Paste your Google review link or Place ID and get a clean link, a QR code for invoices and leave behind cards, and three short messages you can send customers today. It runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Find it in your Business Profile under Read reviews, then Get more reviews.

How to use it well

  • Send the link soon after the job, while the customer is still pleased. A text from the person who did the work gets the best response.
  • Ask one customer at a time. A burst of reviews on the same day is one of the things Google's filters treat as suspicious. See why Google reviews disappear.
  • Never offer anything in return, and never pressure customers to review before they leave. Google's 2026 rules also bar staff review quotas and asking for reviews that name staff.
  • Let customers write in their own words. Do not suggest what to say.

More ready to use wording is in our review request templates, and the full system is in how to get more Google reviews.

Where to find your Place ID

If you cannot find your review link, search for your business in Google's Place ID Finder on the Google Maps Platform website. It shows the Place ID for any business on Google Maps. Paste it above and the tool builds your review link.

Questions owners ask

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile, open Read reviews, then Get more reviews, and copy the link Google gives you. You can also use your Place ID, which you can look up with Google's Place ID Finder.

Does Google make its own QR code?

Yes. Google can generate a review QR code from the Get more reviews screen, but only on a computer browser. This tool works on any device and also writes the messages to send.

Is anything I type stored or sent to you?

No. The link, QR code and messages are created in your browser. Nothing is sent to LeadsMax or anyone else.

Can I print the QR code?

Yes. Download the SVG for print, where it stays sharp at any size, or the PNG for documents and email. Test it with your phone camera before you print a batch.
