More Google reviews, and every one answered

Reviews do two jobs at once. They help decide where Google ranks you, and they are what people read when they choose between you and the business next to you on the map. We help you get more of them and make sure every one gets a good reply.

Why reviews matter so much

Google lists reviews among the signals it uses for prominence, one of the three things that decide local rankings. Customers lean on them even more. Someone choosing who to let into their home, often for an expensive job, reads the rating, checks how recent the reviews are and looks at how the business replies to complaints.

The number of reviews matters, but so does the pace. A business with steady new reviews looks active and trusted. One whose last review is a year old looks like it might have closed.

What we do

Make asking a habit

Most happy customers will leave a review if you ask at the right moment and make it effortless. We set you up with a direct link that opens straight to your review form, a short message your team can send by text right after a job, and a simple routine for asking. The best time is usually when the customer has just thanked you.

Get reviews that help you rank

Reviews that mention the job you did and the town you did it in help you show up for exactly those searches, and give AI tools something specific to repeat. We never script customers or suggest wording, which Google's rules do not allow. A request that thanks the customer for the specific job, sent while it is fresh, is what makes reviews naturally more detailed.

Reply to every review

We reply to every review within a couple of days, in your voice. A short, genuine thank you for the good ones. A calm, professional response to the bad ones that takes the conversation offline and shows anyone reading that you deal with problems properly.

Watch for problems

If a review looks fake or breaks Google's policies, we flag it for removal. If a pattern shows up in complaints, we tell you, because it usually points to something worth fixing in the business itself.

What we never do

  • Write, buy or swap reviews
  • Offer customers discounts, gifts or entries into prize draws for reviews
  • Only send review requests to customers we expect to be happy, which Google treats as review gating

All of these break Google's rules, and the risk to your profile is not worth it.

Questions owners ask

Can you write fake reviews or buy them for us?

No. It breaks Google's rules, it can get your profile suspended, and customers can usually tell. Everything we do is built around getting real reviews from real customers.

Can you remove a bad review?

Google only removes reviews that break its policies, such as spam, fake reviews or offensive content, and we can flag those. For genuine negative reviews, a calm and professional reply usually does more for you than removal would, because people judge how you handle problems.

Can we offer customers a discount for leaving a review?

No. Google does not allow incentives for reviews. You can and should ask every happy customer, and we make that as easy as possible.
