Terms of service
Last updated 31 October 2026.
These terms apply to this website and to the services LeadsMax provides. LeadsMax is a trading name of Life In Order Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17178085, whose registered office is Ground Floor, 108 Main Road, Sundridge, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN14 6ES, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can contact us at [email protected].
Our services
We provide local search marketing services to businesses, which may include management of your Google Business Profile, local search optimization, review management, business listings, website services, AI search optimization and reporting. The specific services, fees and any agreed term for your business are confirmed to you in writing before work begins, and that written agreement takes priority over these terms where they differ.
No guarantee of rankings
Search engines and AI tools decide their own results, and those results change over time and with the location of each person searching. We do the work we agree with you carefully and in line with each platform's guidelines, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular ranking, number of calls or business outcome.
Fees, billing and cancellation
Unless your written agreement says otherwise, services are billed monthly in advance and continue month to month. You can cancel at any time by email, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refundable. Where you choose to pay for a longer term in advance in exchange for a discount, the terms of that arrangement are set out in your written agreement.
Your accounts and property
You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile, your domain name and your other business accounts at all times. You give us manager or delegated access so we can provide the services, and you can remove that access whenever you choose. Ownership of any website we build for you is agreed in writing before the work begins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your business, to let us know promptly about changes such as new hours, services or contact details, and to make sure that anything you ask us to publish is true and that you have the right to use it.
Compliance with platform rules
We follow the published guidelines of Google and the other platforms we work with. We will not create fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, use false addresses or misrepresent your business, and we may decline any request that would put your accounts at risk.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with the services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, or for actions taken by search engines or other platforms.
This website

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.
