Every month you get one plain report that answers three questions: are you showing up more, are more people calling, and what are we doing next. Here is an example.

Where you rank on Google Maps
We check your position for "plumber near me" from 49 points across your service area, as if a customer were standing at each one. Green means you are in the top three, the spots that take most of the calls. Amber is positions 4 to 10. Red is further down or not shown.
In July you were in the top three at none of the 49 points. In October you are in the top three at 22 of them, and on the first page of the map almost everywhere. The red corners are the furthest edges of your area, which is where we focus next.

Calls from your profile have more than doubled since July. You told us roughly one in three calls becomes a booked job, which suggests about 24 jobs from Google Maps in October.

- Bring the directories and review sites Perplexity draws on up to date, so it has current details to work from
