Thryv: pricing, terms and alternatives
Thryv grew out of the Yellow Pages business and now sells small business software. It has said it is moving away from its traditional marketing services. If you are a Thryv customer or considering it, here is what it offers, what it costs and how its terms work.
What Thryv sells
Thryv sells software for small businesses: a business center with CRM, booking, payments and listings, and a marketing center. It historically sold The Real Yellow Pages directories and marketing services. Its SEC filings say it decided in 2024 to end those marketing services by the end of 2028, and in September 2026 it was reported to be selling the print directories business.

Annual billing is discounted. Third parties report bundles quoted through the sales process at higher monthly prices.
Renewal and cancellation
From Thryv's terms and conditions:
- Annual plans renew annually; plans shorter than 12 months renew month to month.
- To stop renewal, cancel at least 30 days before the end of the current period, in writing through Thryv's contact page.
- There is a three day full refund window; after that, the terms say no refunds.
Thryv updates its terms from time to time, so check the version that applies to your account.
What you keep
- Thryv's terms say text message numbers it provides cannot be transferred to you.
- Thryv may keep account data for up to 13 months after termination, or delete it.
- Export your customer list, booking history and content before you leave.
What reviewers report
As of 2 November 2026:
- BBB: A+ rating, accredited since 2018, 340 complaints in the last three years.
- Trustpilot: 2.6 out of 5 from 448 reviews.
Complaints most often mention charges after cancellation and renewal disputes, support that is hard to reach, and contract terms that felt unclear. Positive reviews mention helpful onboarding. BBB letter grades do not include customer reviews.

Thryv combines software and marketing.
